Job Brief

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

 

Responsibilities
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence

  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

 

Requirements
  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field

  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

  • Strong business sense and industry expertise

  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

  • Computer competency with Microsoft or Apple products requiring spreadsheet, and database software required.

 

 

 

 

Sales Associate

Job Brief

The Sales Associate’s responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their business financial needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right financing product or solution. The candidate should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities
  • Achieve growth and sales targets provided by the sales team management

  • Finding, following up and closing business opportunities and leads

  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

  • Assessing customers needs and providing assistance and information on product features

 

Requirements
  • Two to five years of related experience in marketing or sales.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills required.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion.

  • Computer competency with Microsoft or Apple products requiring spreadsheet, and database software required.

BPF Solutions is in need of a full-time office professional to provide exceptional support and service related to clerical and administrative duties in a business financing solutions setting.

 
Job Brief

The individual assists in the administration of the financial/business functions. Typically uses a variety of computer software and systems to perform duties. Normally performs tasks with work priorities and general instructions provided by the supervisor. Exercises judgment in selecting and applying established procedures correctly and in determining when to refer problems to the supervisor.

 

Duties and Responsibilities
  • General administrative and secretarial duties

  • Receive and process file management requests

  • Handle and administer files as requested

  • Undertake all file management and file housekeeping procedures to ensure filing constantly up to date

  • Prepare files for closing in accordance with procedures

  • Maintain all filing and work areas in a tidy and orderly manner

  • Undertake copying requests, scanning, binding and finishing copied work (working with the Business Centre as applicable)

  • Assist in billing process including pulling pre-bills, proof-reading and completing minor edits on pre-bills, finalizing invoices and preparing cover letters

  • Office maintenance and inventory of supplies

  • Taking and acting on instructions

  • Keep a record of time spent on various administrative tasks for internal purposes

  • Any ad hoc duties as requested by the business

 

Requirements
  • Experience in administrative or office work..

  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills required.
